The Kokomo High School Lady Kats Track-and-Field Team will host its 2nd Annual "Fast, Relax, Pretty, Smoove" track-and-field camp beginning Monday, June 16-June 20, at KHS Walter Cross Field at 7 p.m.

The Kokomo Lady Kats Track-and-Field team scored 52 points which was good enough for 6th place at the Charlie Riley Invitational held at North Central High School, Saturday.

The Kokomo High School girls track-and-field team finished 4th of 8 teams at the 63rd Annual Marion Relays held at Indiana Wesleyan University Saturday.

The Kats For a Cure Track-and-Field Club concluded its indoor club season recently at Indiana Wesleyan University’s Midwest Indoor Classic. The Club – consisting of Kokomo-Center Township Schools students – won three places at the open collegiate invitational.

Cinnamon Andrews, an incoming Kokomo (IN) High School freshman, recently placed seventh in the 1500-meter run at the 2013 United States Region 7 Junior Olympics Track and Field Championships.

Two incoming Kokomo High School freshmen established personal records at the Westfield Firecracker Youth Track and Field Meet at Westfield High School.

Cinnamon Andrews, an incoming Kokomo High School freshman, recently quailfied to the 2013 United States Track and Field Region 7 Junior Olympics Championships.

The tattoo will have to wait, nevertheless, the memory from the 2013 Indiana High School Athletic Association Girls State Track and Field Championship will be a lasting one for Kokomo High School's head coach.

Entering the 2013 Regional Track and Field Championships at Northrop High School, the Kokomo High School Ladykats entered eight events and four events have qualified to the Indiana High School Track and Field Championships June 1 at Indiana University Bloomington.

Kokomo (IN) High School Girls Track and Field coaching staff will sponsor "Fast, Relax, Pretty, Smoove" track-and-field training this summer beginning Monday, June 10, at 7 p.m., at the Walter Cross track complex at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road.

The Kokomo High School Lady Kats track-and-field team finished 5th of 10 teams at the Charlie Riley Invitational at North Central High School.

The Lady Kats were in a tri-meet with Logansport and Marion at Berry Stadium Wednesday.   Kokomo won with 58 points, Marion was next with 56, and Logansport had 53.
