IHSAA Girls Track & Field State Championship Recap

Mallory Weller's strong anchor leg secures 4x800 relay for Ft. Wayne Concordia Lutheran 

The top four seeds going in made up the top four finishing teams, as Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran took the win with a time of 9:00.52, good for 11th nationally and No. 3 all-time in Indiana.

Mallory Weller of Concordia and Olivia Cebalo of Carmel received their batons neck-and-neck going into the final 800 meters, but Weller's leg of 2:09.50 put six seconds on the Greyhounds and gave her team a dominant win.

Hamilton Southeastern and Homestead-third and fourth place-each improved their spot on the all-time Indiana list, while Whiteland Community jumped into the top 25 for the first time.
