Mary Cate Quiett of the DePaul track and field team brought the school record count at the Meyo Invitational to three after breaking her own 800m all-time best, in addition to meeting her first NCAA provisional qualifying performance of the season. She and the rest of the Blue Demon squads also tallied a total of 10 BIG EAST Conference qualifying marks on the second and final day of the nationally renowned meet.

Freshman Samia Taylor took seventh in the triple jump and two more Panthers posted top-10 times to highlight this weekend's participation by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women's track and field team at the Mayo Invitational, hosted by Notre Dame.Freshman Samia Taylor was Milwaukee's top finisher with a seventh-place showing in the triple jump. She leapt 39-5, just off her school-record personal best of 39-9 3/4. Senior Beth Zimmerman, also competed in the event, taking 27th with a jump of 36-5 3/4. In the long jump, Zimmerman was 30th with a distance of 17-10 3/4.
