Notre Dame Meyo Invitational 2011

On the first day of the 24th annual Meyo Invitational, freshman Juli Accurso finished six-tenths of a second shy of setting the Ohio record in the 1000m. The two-day event at the Loftus Sports Center in Notre Dame, Indiana welcomes top track and field talent from across the United States.

The University of Alabama men's track and field team completed its first day of competition at the Meyo Invitational Friday at the Loftus Sports Center on the campus of the University of Notre Dame.

Rebecca Tracy (Barrington, Ill./Barrington) logged another first-place finish. The sophomore ran 2:48.18 in the 1,000-meter run.
