In our newer series Indiana: Most Improved, we take a look at last year's performances from this week (9/4/2023 through 9/10/2023) and compare them to performances from this past week (9/9/2024 through 9/15/2024) to see who made the largest jump.

This week's top honors for the boys would go to Adam Larsen from South Bend John Adams who improved by over 3 minutes going from a 21:13.5 to a 17:54.0 for a 3:19.5 improvement. This jump in performances would come from the Minutemen Invitational up north from the past two years. Graham Pumphrey form Columbus North would also have an improvment of over three minutes going from a 19:37.9 to a 16:28.8 at the Brown County Eagle Classic. Rayce Wolff from Martinsville would be the third most improved boy of the week going from 21:00 to 18:06 for a 2:54 improvement. This week 10 additional boys would have an improvement of 2 minutes or more.
