As we get ramped up after the first four Saturdays of the season, it is really easy to forget that we only have four real Saturdays left until the IHSAA State Tournament begins. Many teams will take at least one of those weekends off or have a smaller meet included in the schedule so it is very much time to start looking at rankings, compare performances, and get a clearer picture of what individuals and teams are standing out at this point.
We are going to take a deep dive into some numbers from across Indiana by class. MileSplit Indiana has captured the Top 250 performances at 5k from each class and each gender. Over the next several pages, we will highlight each grade level and see who is standing out and where the future looks brightest for specific teams.
