Sectional 18 - Ben Davis
Sectional 18 hosted by Ben Davis features one of the strongest programs in Indiana; Zionsville. The Eagles boast a boys team that is one of the favorites to win the state meet, and a girls team that is capable of putting all their runners in the top ten this weekend. A sectional championship for the boys would be their sixth straight, and the girls will be looking for their ninth consecutive sectional championship.
Ben Davis and Perry Meridian both bring strong boys teams to this sectional as well, but will likely do no better than second. Southport and Cardinal Ritter should round out the top five.
Cardinal Ritter, Southport and Perry Meridian should have a good fight for second in the girls race. Decatur Central and Ben Davis will battle for the last spot in the regional.
Sectional #18 is the biggest in the state with 15 schools, and will begin at 9:00 AM Eastern Time this Saturday.
