Silver Creek Hokum Karem
will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Silver Creek Primary School, 8604
Commerce Park Dr., Sellersburg, Indiana 47172.
This year the meet with be
automatic timing provided by Above and Beyond Timing Above and Beyond Timing
(www.abtiming.com).

Homeschool, Madison Consolidated, New Washington, North Harrison, Salem,
Scottsburg, Springs Valley. - DATE: Tuesday, August 26, 2025
- TIME: 5:30 PM - The Boys race will
start at 5:30pm and the Girls race will follow immediately after. - COACHES MEETING:5:15 pm
- Box Assignments will be in
alphabetical order by school and numbered (IE:Borden box #1, Charlestown box #2).Standing on the starting line preparing to race Box #1 will be to
the FAR RIGHT (next to the white pole). - Exchange Zone:We will provide an exchange zone for runners.Runners will not be required to "tag"
their partner, but the incoming runner must be in the "EXCHANGE ZONE"
before their partner can start their leg.The "EXCHANGE ZONE" will be highly visible and marked.Batons might be used again this year
with AB timing. - ENTRY FEE: $80 for Girls, $80 for Boys, or $10 per

DIRECTIONS: (from I-65): Take exit 9 towards Sellersburg. Follow US-31 for
roughly .7 miles. Turn slight right onto IN-403. Turn right onto Commerce
Park Dr., which leads you into the Primary School. Course located just
west of the primary school.We have
a YELLOW XC house around the start/finish line. - BUSES: Parking and athlete drop off
will be available at the Primary School adjacent to Cross Country Course. - ADMISSION:$6 per vehicle for the meet; parking
will be at the Primary School (cash or card reader on site). - TEAM PACKETS: Coaches should pick up their
team packet near the finish line upon arrival. Course maps and race
information will be provided in your packet. - TEAM CAMPS: Areas designated on both sides
of the start/finish line are available for tents/camps. - PLEASE HELP PICK UP ANY TRASH IN
YOUR AREA WHEN YOU LEAVE. Trash bags will be provided in the team packet. - RESTROOMS: Restrooms are available via
port-a-johns. Come dressed and ready to compete, Locker rooms are not
provided. - BOYS' and GIRLS' RACES: Each pair of runners will run a
total of three alternating miles. The timing company will direct who wears
timing bibs, beacons etc. - AWARDS: We will conduct an awards
banquet right after the Boys race.The
top 15 pairs will receive medals (1-15).Team Awards will go to the top two schools that have the best
scores utilizing three pairs.Team
Winner and Runner-up plaques will be given.Scoring will be based on place not time,
unless a tie (in the event there is a tie, the team with the fastest
overall time will win). - RESULTS: Official results will be available
and provided by Above and Beyond Timing.
