Meet Information
Coaches, we look forward to working with the crew at SocaSpeed to host a fun eventl! The meet has been setup to collect entries according to the host club's wishes. Please make Checks payable to SocaSpeed. Those should be turned into us at the finish line, when you pick up your bib packets on Saturday morning.
To help us get things ready for you all
- Please note that there are multiple "Divisions" (8U, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18). Participants will compete in the proper race according to their age as of December 31, 2023 (2023 minus their birth year).
- Enter each division, THEN you will be able to enter the appropriate athletes in each division.
- Please verify that you do have athletes in the appropriate races/divisions.
- If you notice that you have someone entered in the wrong division, please let us know either the days before the meet or at least when you arrive and pick up your bib packets.
It's not a big deal to make the changes but we need to get them made prior to the meet starting.

8:00 AM - Team Check-In / Walk the Course
8:30 AM - Coaches Meeting at the finish line
8:40 AM - National Anthem and Prayer
9:00 AM - 8U Girls 2k
9:30 AM - 8U Boys 2k
10:00 AM - 9/10 Girls 3K
10:30 AM - 9/10 Boys 3K
11:00 AM - 11/12 Girls 3K
11:30 AM - 11/12 Boys 3k
12:00 PM - 13/14 Girls and Boys 4K
12:30 PM - 15-18 Girls and Boys 5k
