Meet Information
LOCATION: Crawford County High School. 1130 IN-66, Marengo, IN 47140. This course hosts an IHSAA sectional and regional meet.
ADMISSION: $6 per adult, $3 per student.
MEET INFORMATION:
Starter: Dan Freed Timer: Photo Finish TimingChips: Numbered bibs with scoring chips can be picked up at the shelter house at the finish line.
REGISTRATION: Registration needs to be completed on MileSplit before noon on September 30th. The title of the meet on MileSplit is: Hoosier Hills Conference Championship.
COACHES MEETING: There will be NO COACHES MEETING prior to the race. Instructions will be delivered via the meet packet and individual meetings with race officials.
RACE TIMES: The boys varsity race will begin at 2:00 PM and the girls varsity race will start at 2:35PM. Walking the course must be done prior to the race times listed and must not interfere with the Patoka Lakes conference meet.
SCORING:Teams may enter up to 12 runners in each race. The first 5 runners will be scored. The 6th runner on a team will break any ties.
AWARDS: Awards ceremony will be at the shelter house located by the start/finish line approximately fifteen minutes after the conclusion of the girls race. The top seven (7) finishers will be awarded all-conference; places 8-14 will be awarded honorable mention.
The Championship team will receive seven (7) ribbons.
*Only the top 7 runners from each team will be eligible for conference awards.
LANE ASSIGNMENTS: Use the same lane for both Boys and Girls race. Each team will have a starting box wide enough for two runners abreast. Lane assignments are listed below.
