Competing Schools: Griffith Middle School, Hanover Central Middle School, Lake Ridge Middle School, Lake Station Middle School, River Forest Junior High, and Union Township Middle School

Remember only three participants per event per school and one relay team per event per school.

There will be a coaches meeting prior to the meet. Any scratches or replacements can be made with an athlete on your roster during that time. Only athletes on your roster will be eligible for replacements.
Scratch Meeting: Meet will be reseeded after the meeting.
Running Events - All
Each heat will be a timed final regardless of if they are in the first or second heat. Tell your athletes to not only run against their opponents but against the clock as well. (There are no prelims)
Top (3) three athletes from each school in each event.
(1) One relay team per school.
Running Events In Order (Girls than Boys)
Hurdles 30 height (Boys-110/Girls-100)
100 Meter Dash
1600 Meter Run
4x100 Meter Relay
400 Meter Dash
800 Meter Run
200 Meter Dash
4x400 Meter Relay
Field Events - Long Jump, High Jump, Discus and Shot Put
Long Jump Boys & Girls 3 athletes per squad each receiving three (3) attempts.
High Jump Boys & Girls 3 athletes per squad each receiving three (3) attempts at each height Starting at: Boys-40 / Girls-38 and going up 2 inches at a time. Please follow the progressions.
Discus and Shot Put Boys & Girls 3 athletes per squad get 3 throws each.
Scoring:
Individuals
10 pts - 1st, 8 pts - 2nd, 6 pts -3rd, 4 pts - 4th, 2 pts - 5th, 1 pt - 6th
Relays
10 -1st, 8 - 2nd, 6 - 3rd, 4 - 4th, 2 - 5th
