Gretchen Farley has announced on Instagram her college decision and is committing to the University of Notre Dame for next fall.

The Park Tudor standout is the second of the dynamic Panther duo to make her college decision after teammate Sophia Kennedy committed to Stanford in July.

Asserting herself as one of the top runners in the State over the last few years, Farley has made a name for herself on the State and national levels. Through her junior year track season Farley has a total of 5 All-State medals (2 XC, 3 Track) that includes a runner-up finish in last spring's 800 meter run. Farley's 9th place finish at last year's Eastbay Midwest regional qualified her for her first national cross country meet where she ended up placing 20th.

Before she heads off to South Bend next fall, Farley will have the opportunity to collect a lot more hardware as a high school runner. She is the 4th returner in Indiana for cross country and will be the top returner for the 800 in Indiana come track season.
