
Best Combined Female Hurdlers: 100m and 300m Hurdles
The hurdles are potentially going to be very competitive this season, especially the 100m hurdles. There are six sub-15.00 hurdlers coming back- almost enough to fill out the finals. Rachel Mehringer of Forest Park leads the way with a fine 14.25 PR but the field is strong right behind her.
There are no less than 11 sub-46 300m hurdlers in the second hurdler event on the track. This is an exciting event. The talented Reese Sanders leads the pack here with a very strong 42.94- giving her a 1.5 second gap on the field coming back. This will be an exciting event as well to see if we can get a sub-42 performance and a shot at the state meet record of 41.35 by Symone Black of FW Concordia in 2014.
