All aboard! the 3rd Annual B&O Express 5/10K run, walk and health fair presented by IU Health West Hospital, September 10, 2011, Avon, Indiana. This year's event will feature new and improved routes (10K utilizing a portion of the newly paved B&O Rail-Trail), $150 cash bonuses to 10K winners posting set times, award certificates to Blue Mile for top three in each race (male and female), commemorative medals to top three in each age category, as well as post-race refreshments, live music and free health screenings.
