your team. Participating schools need to populate their roster information at this location by
noon on Tuesday, October 6.
TEAM ARRIVAL AND BUSSES
Please enter the Southeast corner of the parking lot and parking attendants will assist with drop
Off at the southwest corner of the main parking lot. Busses should park in the east end of the parking lot along 9 th
Street and along the curb on Potthoff Circle in the front of the school.
TIME SCHEDULE
9 9:30 AM Registration and Packet Pick-up at the football field entrance gate
9:30 AM Coaches Meeting at finish line
10:00 AM Girls Race (7 runners from each school)
10:30 AM Boys Race (7 runners from each school)
11:00 AM Girls and Boys JV Race (unlimited)
11:30 AM Awards
SPECTATOR ARRIVAL AND ADMISSION
$5.00 per car. Parking attendants will assist with parking throughout the parking lot and grass areas to
the south of the bus drop area and also in the front yard of the school. See the enclosed parking map.
Please alert all of your parents, grandparents and fans of the $5.00 parking fee. The parking lot at the
Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds is also available for overflow parking with no fee.
REPORTING OF TEAMS
Be sure to pick up your event packet at the entrance gate to the football field.
TEAM CAMPS
All tents or team gathering areas will be at the east end of the football field. We expect athletes to be
supervised. Please do not allow them to loiter in the school building.
All runners should provide their own PRE-FILLED water bottles with their names on them. There will be a 5
gallon refilling station available.
RESTROOMS
There will be restrooms available inside the football stadium.
CLEAN UP
We ask each school to please make sure your team has all its belongings and trash picked up before leaving.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the course, school, and nature area clean.
PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS
Benton Central, Hamilton Heights, Lafayette Central Catholic, Logansport, Tipton, Twin Lakes, Western, West

WARM UP
Have your athletes warm up and cool down on the school grounds away from the course while the races are in
progress.
AWARDS
Awards Ceremony will take place at the finish line and the home football bleachers immediately following the JV
race. Please have your athletes organized and in the bleachers following the JV race.
Team Championship Trophy will be awarded
Team 1st and 2nd place ribbons for each race
Individuals placing 1st - 20th will receive ribbons for each race
All Conference certificates and medals will be awarded to the top 15 runners
Honorable Mention certificates will be awarded to 16th - 20th place.
ATHLETIC TRAINER
Kylee Ort from Franciscan Health (574) 528-1135 will be on site and assist with any medical needs.
