5:15 Coaches Meeting at the Starting Line
5:30 Girls Race
6:00 Boys Race
*Please have runners in their lanes 5 minutes prior to their races.
Lane Assignments: Lane 1- Lakeview
Lane 2- Maple Creek
Lane 3- Summit
Lane 4- Willow Creek
Lane 5- Carroll
Lane 6- Woodside
Lane 7- Edgewood
Race Results: Results will be available after the awards ceremony and on the MileSplit web site
Starter and Timing: Meet Official- Alec DeVries Timer- Maury Riddle RCC Timing
Meet Packets: All packets will include the following: course map, team roster with bib assignments, bibs
w/timing chips, pins for bibs, and lane assignments.
Awards Ceremony: The awards ceremony will be held at the starting line shortly after the conclusion of both
races.
Awards:
-Medals for top three finishers for girls and boys varsity
-Ribbons for finishers 4-10 for girls and boys varsity
-Medals for seven varsity runners of girls and boys varsity team champion

Traveling trophy awarded to girls and boys varsity team champion
Entries:
Each school can enter 10 runners for both the girls and boys races.
Entries are due on MileSplit by noon Sunday September 27
Restrooms/Concessions:
Restrooms will be available through the front doors of the school in the cafeteria to the right. Kona Ice and/or
Toms Coffee trucks will be available to purchase.
Team Camps:
Teams can set up their camp in the wooded area to the east side of the access road
