Course: The course is mostly flat and on grass, but also features a trail section.
Entries: $50 for boys and $50 for girls (Unlimited entries) / $10 Individual
Payment: Mail checks to ECS Athletics (Evansville Christian School 4401 Epworth Road Newburgh Indiana 47630) Att: Jeremy Villines or provide payment at check-in.
Timing To The Finish Timing will time the meet with pull-tab timing. Results will be available shortly after the meet on the results board, on tothefinishtiming.com, and sent out in a pdf after the meet is over. (Details about team responsibilities after finalized, ex. return tabs to finish line, etc.)
Scoring: We will score top 5 in this race for team totals
Awards: Individuals: 1st Place Medal and special made Plaque; 2-20 ribbons for each race
Teams: Trophy for 1st Place for each race
Parking: Cars and buses should come through the main entrance.
Admission: $5 per car at the gate
Concessions: Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase near the team camp area.
