Meet Information
For the running events of the meet-Tri-County will only record times for the first heat, all schools are responsible for recording athletes times in the non-scoring heats.
1st heat will be scored (2 runners from every school if applicable), every heat after that is non-scoring.
Relay teams- you may enter up to 3 teams, only 1 team will be scored per school.
The 3200m Run will be included in this meet, this race will be ran at the beginning after the field events have been started and before we begin the 100m Hurdles.
