Meet History

The meet first started in 2018. A local club in

Terre Haute saw the need and passion for this

type of meet. The first meet was held at Terre

Haute North and in 2019 at Terre Haute South.

At the end of 2019, the club handed over the

rights to the meet to Terre Haute South. In 2022,

the meet moved to the recently built Gibson

Track and Field Complex.

Meet Cost

$12/individual entry, $48/relay entry. If you sign up and fail to participate, YOU WILL

BE BILLED $20 for an individual entry and $80 for a relay. If you scratch out the

day of the event, you will be charged the standard entry. Please do not accept an

invitation and take away someones spot and not attend the meet.

Athletes will be given a bracelet that shows they paid for their entries. No

bracelet, you will not be able to participate.

Spectator fee

$8 per person digital presale, $10 at the gate, coaches are free.


You will have to weigh in your shot/discus before the meet. Each individual will have to

provide their own shot/discus. Girls shot weight-6 lb., Boys shot weight-4k. Girls/Boys

Shot Put, High Jump, Pole Vault-Girls first Discus, long jump-Boys first

200 Hurdles

Be advised, our 200 hurdles will be set up using USATF standards. 5 hurdles, 30

height, 20 meters to the first hurdle, 35 meters in between, 40 meters to the finish.

Pole Vault

No poles will be provided. Please, only experienced vaulters register.

False Starts

No warnings, false starts will be disqualified.


Team Trophies for the top Girl and Boy teams. Medals for places 1 st -8 th .

At Indiana State track, from 5pm-8pm on Friday. Shirts can be purchased that night.

Qualifying Standards

The following standards are based off the results from the 2023 meet. If your athlete is

close please email Some events did not fill up at the 2023 meet,

if your athlete is close please register. It doesnt hurt to try. Please only use FAT times

when possible, especially in the 100M, 100/110M hurdles, and 200M. We only take the

top 27 in the 100, 100/110 Hurdles, 200 hurdles, 400 and 200. The top 32 in the 800,

1600, and 2400. High jump and Pole Vault will be the top 15. Other field events will be

the top 16. Relays will be the top 18. Conversions will NOT be accepted.

NOTE: Hitting the qualifying the standard does not guarantee automatic entry into

the meet. You will need to finish within the top entries per event.

Final Instructions

1. All events are subject to change.

2. Athletes may compete in 4 events.

3. Only Middle School teams, no club teams.

4. Relay teams uniforms must match.

5. There is no separation for grades, all grades 6-8 are eligible.
