picked up at shelter building. Coaches meeting at shelter at 5:45 pm. Please Note: T-shirts and concessions
available at the shelter. will be available after 5:00 p.m. Restrooms available at the concession building.

Note: Due to our cost of scoring the event, Please Pay Entry Fees Before Race Day to North Harrison
$ 70.00 for School Team (Boys/Girls teams both=$140.00)
Registration and scoring: Each school may make copies of the attached spreadsheet and submit boys and girls
separately if they have separate coaches. Coaches should enter their varsity runners using the appropriate tab. Other
runners should be entered in the Open race. If the boy's and girl's coach are using different workbooks, each may
enter his or her Open runners using the appropriate tab of his or her workbook. Be sure to include the gender. Entries
should be emailed to photofinishtiming@gmail.com NO LATER than noon Monday, August 29. If you have a

JV Open Races: Each school may run an unlimited number of runners, all of who qualify for the individual awards. Team
scoring will be tabulated using a runners actual finish. All Team awards will be given out at the awards ceremony at 7:45 p.m. following the Varsity Races. Note: The Individual awards for the JV Open Race will be given out at the finish line in the chute area after the completion of the race.
Varsity Boys/Girls Races: Each school may run seven participants with five counting in the scoring. All runners place of finish
will be used in determining final team scores. Ties will be broken by the place of the teams sixth runner.

Team awards will be given out at the awards ceremony at 7:45 p.m.
