2021 Lou Knoble Cross Country Invitational

Meet Time Schedule: 9:00 AM - Walk the Courses (Boys and Girls)
9:30 AM - Coaches Meeting
10:00 AM - Boys Varsity Race
10:45 AM - Girls Varsity Race
11:30 AM - Open 3K
12:00 PM - Celebrations
*NOTE: As each varsity race is limited, there will be an open race.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Complete entry instructions. Ive attached a template and will send attached to this email.
If you have not sent your $75.00 entry fee, please do so. ($150.00 for both boys and girls teams).
Upon arriving, coaches will receive a team envelope from ProTiming at the finish line.
Starting position assignments will be on your packet.
A utility vehicle will lead the race when applicable.
Coaches meeting will be held at the finish line at 9:30 a.m.
Due to the possible numbers for each team, runners will need to be stacked up and be patient upon the start.
High School race with each athlete in an area across the start line.
Junior High School race with each athlete in an area across the start line.
3K/5K Course:
Our course will start and finish at the track. This will allow for spectators to watch runners. More mobile spectators will be able to line the course and watch the race from different vantage points.
Restrooms will be available at the track.
Team camps are allowed as long as social distancing/masking rules are followed.
Awards:
Awards will be distributed after the Open 3K
Top 20 individuals will receive awards. There is no team trophy.
