Here is some info:
This meet is primarily for Homeschool and non-state affiliated athletes:
Eligibility:
For an athlete to be eligible for this meet in all events except the -open- 5k, they must be:
1) At least 51% homeschooled (a homeschooled athlete taking college courses must be taking them as a high school student as a part of a dual credit program)
2) Or in a Junior/Senior High School that is not state-affiliated (a member of a state association) or in a Middle school or Elementary that does not feed a state-affiliated High School
3) Or in a school system that does not have a Cross Country program
4) Or in a club where the athlete does not also compete for a school within their state-affiliated school system as described above.
In addition, the athlete:
1) Must not have graduated from high school, whether homeschooled or from public or private school
2) Has not had their 19th birthday prior to Sept 1st of 2021.
An athlete can run in the Open 5k if they are not eligible for any other event.
Registration:
Cost: $10 per athlete with $400 as the maximum fee for a team

(I went through the process and this is what I found: You first want to create a login, and then import your male and female rosters , and then select the male/female icon for the Midwest XC in the meet list below and either check your athletes individually into the meet or use the "switch all checkboxes" below to select them. For Open race entries that are beyond high school, you can enter their grade as "unattached". There is no event selection. It will be up to each team to make sure their athletes are in the proper race. Only 3rd-5th graders can run up into the MS races and cannot compete in both EL and MS events. No other athlete can run up and no one can run down.)

9:00 am - Coaches meeting
9:20-9:30 am - Opening Ceremony
9:40 am - Girls High School 5K
10:20 am - Boys High School 5k
HS Awards start as soon as results are available
11:10 am - Girls Middle School/Jr High 3K (3rd-5th can run up but cannot run in 2 events)
11:40 am - Boys Middle School/Jr High 3K (3rd-5th can run up but cannot run in 2 events)
12:10 pm - Coed Elementary 2k (boys and girls placed separately)
12:40 pm - Open 5k (may not be awards - to be determined based on entries)
