The week's top honors for the boys would go to Sohum Khedkar from Columbus North with an improvement of 7:24 where he would go from a 31:22 at last year's competition to a 23:58 this past weekend. Sohum has enjoyed a great season of improvement as he had never broken the 30 minute barrier before heading into his Junior season this year. He currently holds a personal best time of 21:52 from Columbus North earlier this year. Itzel Galindo-Cordero from Ben Davis would have the second best improvement in the meet with a jump from 28:11 to 20:56. He would run his second fastest time of the year only to the lightning fast Brownsburg course where he went 20:15.
