Just two weeks after breaking the 1600m national record, Addy Wiley has added two more national titles to her resume. At the NSAF Nationals, Wiley took 1st in the 800m with a time of 2:04.64. She stayed out west this past weekend and competed in the USATF U20 Championships, vying for a spot on Team USA to represent.
The recent Huntington North graduate ended up taking 1st in the women's 1500m run in a time of 4:15.53, just about 5 seconds ahead of UVA freshman Mia Barnett.
The soon-to-be Colorado Buffalo will now represent The USA on the world stage at the U20 World Championships in Santiago de Cali, Colombia in early August. The first round of the women's 1500 is set to take place on August 4th around 11am central time.
