Yesterday we featured top girls races from last year's Wayne Invite, so today we're diving into the boys archived videos from what amounted to be an outstanding two-day meet.
Among those who crossed the line first were Robie Glass, Thomas Walters and the host Warriors. Springfield-Shawnee's Glass complemented his runner-up effort in the high jump with a 400 title due to a 47.97 clocking. The Notre Dame bound, Walters mounted a huge comeback over the final stretch to secure the 800 win in 1:55.90 and the Wayne 4x100 team capitalized on home track advantage as they pocketed the relay victory in 42.17.
