Gabe Sanchez (1346) dropped almost 30 seconds from his 2018 race.

The 2019 NXR Midwest featured the largest amount of performances ever at the meet, and a lot of that was due to the amount of boys that raced. Over 600 boys from the 2018 meet raced this year as well, with over half of them improving on their times from a year ago. Take a look at the year to year improvements from NXR Midwest ranked from the most improved all the way to the ones who unfortunately did worse this year.
