One of the best out of the Northeast, Staples (CT) rising junior Hannah Debalsi put herself right in the mix for national titles on several occassions as a sophomore as a runner-up at Foot Locker Nationals and finally picking up her first title in the spring in the New Balance Outdoor Nationals two mile. At the Brooks PR Invitational, Debalsi established a sophomore class national record with a 9:55.05 performance. After finishing a close runner-up for a Foot Locker Nationals title last December, Debalsi is hungry to claim that title this year in San Diego.
