Indiana Semi-States: Anna Rohrer chops down time, Carmel girls dispel Avon

US #4 Anna Rohrer continues to drop her time in each race coming back from injury including a 17:34 season best win at her semi-state meet. The 2012 Foot Locker Nationals champ and last spring's New Balance Nationals Outdoor 5K champion started her season late after another injury scare forced her to cross train over the summer and early fall.
