Father of Nickolas Winquist, former member of the Greenwood HS CC and Track Teams 2005 through 2009.
I ran track and cross country in Texas back in the late 70's and competed at the Collegiate level for Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. Fall '79 through Spring 1984.
Two Time All SLC, and member of 3 Conference Championship CC teams. Best track performances 3:57 1500m, 9:10 3000m steeple chase, 14:59 5000m.
