Start Times:

Girls Race - 5:30 pm EST

Boys Race - 6:00 pm EST

Entry Fee:$35.00 for each girls team

$35.00 for each boys team

Open Race - $10.00 per team

Individual - $5.00

Rules:Both boys and girls races will follow Mid-Southern Conference course (5000 meters)

Awards & Info:

• The total number of runners is limited to 7 runners for each participating school for the Scottsburg Invitational.   2 across at the starting line.

• All runners will be expected to wear a mask until after the start of the race and away from the initial pack.

• Teams will be slotted in 4 foot sections and there will be social distancing areas designated for each team.

• We will not allow run outs.  Once each runner has been assigned a starting area, they can not leave that area until the race starts.

• All spectators are expected to wear a mask unless they are clearly socially distanced from others.

• At the finish area, the chute will be extended to allow ample room to get the runners through the chute area.

• We will designate areas for the team tents. We will keep team tents socially distanced from other schools tents.

• Coaches and teammates are expected to help any disabled runner through the chute and to make sure the proper uniform number is recorded for proper placement.

• Supervisors will be writing down numbers as runners leave the chute.  We will also have a camera recording the end to make sure we have proper placing.

• Once the race is over, runners are expected to return to their team tent or when the last race finishes, return to the bus for departure.

• Cool downs are not allowed after the meet.

• Awards will be mailed or delivered the next day after the meet, once the order of finish has been established and verified.

• All fans will be expected to enter through the main entrance of Hardy Lake.  The entrance cost is $7 per car.
