Meet Information
Where: The Joe Basham cross country course is located adjacent to the Silver Creek Primary School in Sellersburg. The course is rolling and is one of the best spectator courses in southern Indiana.
When: Tuesday, September 18
Race Times: Boys race will begin at 5:30 and the Girls race will begin at 6:15.
Race: This race has unlimited entries and there will not be an open race or JV race. Team winners will be on your raw score. We will not pull anyone out to adjust the score. Your top five runners will determine your team score.
Awards: We will be giving medals to the top 25 individuals and trophies to the top 2 teams.
Parking: All teams and fans should park at the Primary School. There should be no parking at the yellow house which is reserved for meet workers.
Team Areas: Please do not place any tents near or on the soccer field as they will be practicing at the same time the meet is going on.
Restrooms: There are porta pots north of the garage at the yellow house.
Please use the garbage bag provided to put your teams garbage in. We will collect and dispose of after the completion of the meet.

Cost: $50 per team; $90 for both boys & girls; $10 per individuals
We may use chips this year to score the meet. If we do, we will let you know when and where to enter your rosters.
