Meet Format: The intent of the meet is to have a small number of teams get a chance to get good early season marks as well as have a true team competition. A smaller meet that allows athletes to compete in their events in a reasonable amount of time gives the best possible chance of good performances. Three entries will be allowed per event. Individual athletes can enter unlimited field events and three running events. Team scores will be kept and a team trophy will be awarded to the first and second place teams for the boys and girls, medals will go to the top three individual finishers and relays, ribbons to 6th. Fresh/Soph relays will be run but will not count toward the overall team score. Freshman and sophomores may also enter events in the varsity meet. (ex. a soph boy can run a FS 4x200 but also varsity LJ)
