EVANSVILLE, Ind.—The University of Southern Indiana women's indoor track and field team had two competitors earn All-Great Lakes Valley Conference honors for their efforts at the conference meet two weeks ago.
Junior
Jackie Henderson earned first-team honors, while freshman
Erika Wilson earned second-team accolades and was named co-GLVC Freshman of the Year.
Henderson won the GLVC title in the 3,000 meters and helped the Screaming Eagles' distance medley relay team to a fourth-place finish. Wilson was second in the 5,000 meters and fourth in the 3,000 meters at the league meet.
The Eagles begin the outdoor track and field season April 1-2 when they compete at the Washington Invitational in St. Louis, Missouri.
