MileSplit Indiana was on-site at the Brown County Eagle Classic on Saturday to cover a high caliber meet with great competition. The event lived up to all the hype with record breaking performances, exciting team finishes, and a whole lot of fast times!

Boys Elite Race Champion- Kole Mathison (Carmel)
Mathison was the individual champion of the boys elite race. His finishing time of 14:52.1 is a new meet and course record breaking his own performance from the 2021 Eagle Classic.
Girls Elite Race Champion- Julia Kiesler (Columbus North)
Kiesler was the individual champion of the girls elite race. Her finishing time of 17:28.7 was also a new course record dipping just under former Bulldog Alumni Mackenzie Caldwell's time of 17:29.9 from the 2013 Conference Indiana meet.
Boys Varsity Class AA Champion- Caleb Webb (Edgewood)
Webb won the Boys Varsity race in a new PR of 16:35 and was awarded the Class AA champion in separated results for the two classes.
Girls Varsity Class A Champion- Sara Livingston (Northeast Dubois)
Livingston ran to a new PR of 19:50 on her way to being the top finisher of the Class A schools in the varsity girls race.
Carmel Boys Head Coach Colin Altevogt
The Carmel boys team was Elite Race champions finishing with 66 points to best a field that contained 5 other Top 10 ranked teams. The Hounds are off to great start to the 2022 season after dominating the Hamilton County meet in August.
