IHSAA Changes Physical Requirements for 20-21 School Year

In light of the ever-changing COVID-19 situation, the IHSAA has announced changes to Rule 3-10, regarding the pre-participation physical examinations and consent forms. These changes are taking place to help reduce the amount of stress to the medical community as well as reduce the need to enter a doctor's office if you are not already feeling ill.

Students that already have these forms on file for the 2019-2020 school year, will not be required to submit a new set for next school year, they will remain valid for the next year. This includes students who may be transferring from one Indiana high school to another. These students will need to provide a copy to their new school to remain eligible.

Incoming freshman who have IHSAA completed and signed physical and consent forms dated after April 1,2019 will also be eligible.
