Where
IWU Cross Country Course Corner of 50th St. and Harmon St. just south of the Indiana Wesleyan University campus in Marion. The IWU Cross Country course is considered to be one of the fastest courses in the state of Indiana. The course is 100% on well groomed grass with long straights and sweeping turns. The entire first and last miles are designed for awesome crowd interactions and cheering. All Mile and Kilometer marks clearly marked. The mile marks have active time clocks as well. The course is home to the NAIA IWU Wildcat Cross Country Teamsas well as the host site for the Marion CC Invitational, the Wildcat Classic Invitational, NCC Conference Championships, as well as a IHSAA Sectional and Regional site.

New for 2015
Elite Division is a race reserved for those teams that are ranked in the current poll or finished in the top 20 of the 2014 IHSAA State Meet. In additionany team that finished in the Top 5 of their Division in 2014 will move to the Elite Division in 2015. Discretion of this Elite Top 20 Race is determined by Meet Management.

Small School Gold Divisions are broken down to schools that have a student enrollment population of 1-1200 students. Large School Purple Divisions are schools with the enrollment population of 1201 and above.

ALL VARSITY RACES ARE ALLOWED TO RUN 10 ATHLETES.

Small schools do have the option to run up and the Large Schools. An email with your request needs to be sent to Eric Jackson at eric.jackson@indwes.edu no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday August 25th, 2015. In the endeach request will be considered and a Balanced field will be developed. An email will be sent to each coach prior to the meet indicating the Division and the box assignments for each race.

Awards
The top 2 teams in each division will earn meet specific plaques.
Each winning middle school team will earn a meet specific plaques.
The top 25 runners in each VARSITY race will earn a custom medal.
The top 15 runners in each JV Race will receive meet ribbons.
The top 15 in each of the Middle School races will receive a custom medal.
Each coach of the 1st place team in each division, will earn a custom Meet Championship backpack.

Miscellaneous
Final Instructions: On meet day you will report to the Information Tent located by the finish to pick up your meet packets with bib #s, chips, safety pins, and maps.
Spectator Parking: Spectators must park at the IWU Facilities Services Parking lot. Parking fee of $5.00 per person (10 and older).
Bus Parking: Buses will unload on Harmon St. then will go park at the IWU Facilities Services parking lot. Please make sure you have your bus drivers cell # handy for pick-up.
Tee-Shirts: 2015 Marion Invitational shirts will again be available.
USATF Merchandise: This year USATF will be here on site selling official NIKE USATF gear. They will be located around the finish areait will not be hard to see them.
Restrooms: These will be available in (3) locations. Troyer Fieldhouse, Concessions Stand located by the IWU Track & Field Complex, and Porta Pots near the start/finish location.
Results: The meet results will be posted within 30 min. after the completion of each race. Awards will be presented 15 min. after each race. We hope to speed this process up so that teams can depart earlier and get over to IWUs Cafeteria for lunch. At the conclusion of the meetresults will be uploaded to the IWU Cross Country web site (www.iwuwildcats.com).
Timing: The meet will again be timed by Ipico Chip timing. Chips NEED to be collected from each of your athletes at the end of each race then returned to meet management at the conclusion of each race. For each unreturned chip you will be charged $30.00.
Team Meals: IWU Food Service will again be available to teams at the end of the meet. Cost is $5.00 per athlete for an all you can eat meal! Much better than McDonalds!!!
