You have a great meet, a great course, and a great timing and scoring operation. Now, how are you going to get all those athletes entered?

You could send out spreadsheets and have coaches type in the names of their athletes, plus whatever other information you need, like grade, gender, and school name. You could have coaches write athlete names on stickers, but if you're still doing that, we probably just violated the "great timing and scoring operation" assumption. You could use another online registration service.
Coaches, I'm sure you don't enjoy typing away into a spreadsheet to enter a meet. I'm sure you worry that I'll leave a kid off my list.
