Run Junkie HS: Four National Records Set

New Balance Nationals and Brooks PR produced a total of four national records and a great amount of depth

  • Jack Jibb runs 5:50.71 in the 2k Steeplechase, just off the US #5 All-time mark
  • Anna Rohrer (IN) runs the only sub 10:00 2 Mile of the year out kicking US #1 3200m runner Destiny Collins (CA) at Brooks PR
  • Sophomore Damion Thomas (FL) win the 110m Hurdles at Brooks PR in 13.62 nearly setting the national record, but the time was wind aided
  • Paul Ryan leads an Idaho sweep (1st-3rd) in the 1 Mile at Brooks PR winning in 4:07.97
