Elite Mile
In Arcadia tonight just minutes ago Alan Webb won the elite mile. After a great surge by Webb, Hall could not keep pace, as the Jeffersons took advantage to shock everyone to come in 2nd and 3rd in the most stacked mile field of the year!!

Distance Medley
Delray Beach Atlantic wins Distance Medley Relay vs. Webb/South Lake in 9:57, third best time in the event EVER! Four seconds from a national record! In an amazing showing of stamina John and Sean come off of 4:05 and 4:07 miles earlier in the evening to run splits of 4:06 and 3:03! Schappert also came through big coming off the invitational mile to go 1:55. Preston took the 400 split to a sweet 50.4.

John recieved the stick with a ten second lead over South Lake. Webb took the baton and came back to split 4:00 after his 4:01 earlier in the evening but it was not enough as John seemed to cruise to a 4:06 for the victory!! South Lake finished in 10:03.

Boys 800
Also representing Florida, Danny Soule of Pensacola Catholic made the trip to Arcadia, California. Going into the meet Soule had the fastest time in the nation this season of 1:52.04. After leading early and setting the pace, Danny could not hold on and slipped to a very respectable 4th place in this strong national field. His time of 1:53.39 was 1½ seconds slower than the leader, Raphael Asafo-Agyei of Chino, California, who lowered the national bar for this season to 1:51.76.
